Starlight Polyp Coral Frag-SHIPPING ONLY

DUE TO THE CURRENT COLD TEMPS YOU MUST PURCHASE A HEAT PACK WITH THIS ORDER. 
GENERAL INFO:
Includes one  saltwater green starlight polyp coral frag(long tentacle).  These frags come from the specimen seen in the first picture. The size of the frag listed can be seen in the second picture and the video. It  is approximately the size of a quarter and is 80% to 100% covered in coral. These have been very well cared for in a  reef tank. These are considered easy beginner coral for anyone just getting started. Please note that the coral may not look as pictured due to no light and being stressed from shipping. It will most likely be closed up. This does not indicate that it is dead. 
SHIPPING INFO:
Coral will ship USPS Priority(1-4 days shipping service). We ship on Monday and Tuesdays, excluding federal holidays. However, we will hold your package if we feel it's not safe to ship due to weather or other circumstances that may arise. A heat or ice pack will automatically be provided depending on the temps at the time of purchase. We will also provide foam shipping boards and foam sheets with your order.

REFUND/DOA INFO:
We do offer refunds for this order. Please contact us within TWO hours of delivery with pictures of the order still in the water and the shipping container as well as out of it if you believe there is an issue or that the coral is DOA and we can go from there. If you do not do this, a refund  will NOT be given. Please note that the cost of shipping is NOT included. If refunded, we will NOT refund the cost of shipping.  If the water is clear in the shipping container , the coral is not dead, and the water will be murky if dead. Please note that replacements are not guaranteed due to inventory.  At this time, we do not offer replacements. If it's determined that a return is needed, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, etc.
